1. Do we teach Technologies like Java, .NET, Oracle, SAP as part of main programs delivered under DIT- LCEs ?

NO. DIT – LCE is a On the Job, project based Learning Program. It is not a teaching program. That means, students are expected to have tools knowledge already. There are many certification courses available in the market provided by institutions like NIIT, SSI, CSC etc. For the convenience of the students, we are also offering short-term certificate courses.

2. Will there be any faculty in LCE?

NO. Not for the regular project based Learning program. DIT – LCE is an On the Job, project based Learning Program. It is not a teaching program. We don't teach anything. So we don't have faculty for the main programs. We have project mentors who will guide the students for their learning the technologies and tools required for the project. But the responsibility of learning lies with the student. Project mentor can only guide. That's why we have tools and technology knowledge as the primary requirement to enroll in the program. But for the convenience of the students we also have short term certification courses which student can enroll in where they will be given training on the technology/tools by a trainer/ faculty.

3. Will there be any syllabus for tools/technologies?

NO. Not for the project based learning programs.

4. Will there be any Printed Book/Training material supplied?

NO. We will make everything available as electronic copy online so that student can learn directly from dashboard.

5. Will the student allowed to take print outs or copy information in CD?

NO. When the student is assigned a project, he is technically an employee of digiBlitz Technologies. The project that he works on is legally protected under US and Indian law. So, it is illegal for a student or employees or owners of LCE to copy the materials and take printouts. If case is filed they can be punished under cyber crime.

6. Can the student be enrolled without taking preliminary aptitude and tools test?

NO. Students cannot be enrolled if they don't secure enough grade in aptitude and tools test. If they don't perform then we can given them time to prepare and re-appear. For the tools/technology, we can ask them to enroll in our certification training program in Java or .NET or Oracle.

7. Can the student be enrolled without paying fees?

Student can only be allowed physically enter into LCE premises. They wont get access to dashboard unless the atleast 1/3 of the payment is made. Since server access is managed centrally, student can never bypass this criteria.

8. Do we give employment guarantee to DIT students?

NO. We give only placement assistance with the help of central placement service. But our program is a guaranteed program for career development so that the student will definitely quality to get job immediatelty after successfully completing the program.

9. Do we give experience letter to DIT students after they complete the program?

We give a letter of completion of course from DIT and a certificate. This letter will clearly state that the program is a project based hands on experience training program and the student is considered as “Trainee Software Engineer” by digiBlitz. This will give them a bigger advantage. In some cases, the project manager shall give personal reference letter if he is very happy with the performance.

10. How long shall we accommodate the student after the completion of the program?

Once student completes the project phase, he should not be allowed to come any more. But if the student wants to continue, he has to pay additional monthly fee(For java/net based projects Rs.3000 per month. For Oracle ERP, Rs.5,000 per month).
